This is an absolutely amazing entry-level Panerai. As I stood the Panerai PAM 000 up to more expensive watches from competing brands, the Panerai feels unexplainably cooler in hand and on wrist. The simplicity of the design let's the functionality sit front and center.
 
Even though it was discontinued in 2016 and replaced with the PAM 1000, the PAM 000 remains the preferred option among the Paneristi. The PAM 1000 featured reduced water resistance and a snap-on caseback instead of the screw-down, as well as spring bars instead of the screw and tube pattern; it was too much of a departure from the PAM 000. As such, the 000 remains the more attractive option and continues to rise in value.

This piece is 100% guaranteed authentic and in excellent condition with a tiny divot on the bottom of the case, a few scratches on the top and bottom right lugs from tool slippage (common on Panerai). There's a small scratch across the bezel at the 2 o'clock index. Left case side (next to the 9 o'clock index) has a small indent. Crown guard is clean, with no indents or marks. Case back cover is clean. All scratches and marks are consistent with routine wear, but nothing catastrophic. Additional photos can be provided on request.
