In its 28 years, French watchmakers Bell & Ross have pushed the envelope and caught the attention of enthusiasts with their “function defines form” principle: first the watch must solve a problem, and second, it must look good doing it.
 
Which leads me to the watch itself: the slim frame means it’s barely noticeable on the wrist. The convex glass dial (which adds a few millimeters in thickness) manages to maintain the overall feeling of a slim timepiece, but bulks it up a bit to help it fit the size of a larger wrist. At the smaller end of the size spectrum, the B&R V2-92 fits the military style without feeling like you’re walking around with a giant hockey puck on your wrist.

The case has been gently polished with a jeweler’s cloth (not a full abrasive polish or treated with chemicals), and the strap has been cleaned and disinfected.
